I was disappointed with the cruise. The cabins were small and the onboard entertainment was inadequate. I have cruised with NCL before and expected better.

I totally loved this fruit!!! Nice variety of excursions, our suite was fabulous and our butler very accommodating! Air connections went smooo.

Cruise was great except the non working toilets every late night and morning in our Suite (that we paid a lot for) but had to go find public bathrooms to use. Cagney’s and Teppanyaki were favorite restaurants and service. Itinerary was great.

The ports were interesting and the suite room was wonderful. the ship itself was not up to quality standers. The food tasted the Country Buffet without the selection of food. The food is the buffet was not good and the food in the restaurants was bland . The food in the Italian restaurant was not very Italian( we had salmon) The cleanliness of the bathrooms was unacceptable. The trach cans were overflowing , there was no or little toilet paper and some of the bathrooms smelled like an outhouse

Best trip ever, Jen. Our travel agent did a great job in all aspects of our trip, including, flight, hotel stay, and cruise. We Will have Jen plan our next trip. We thought that 71 days was good Not!!!, yet Jen figured it out! We will plan 120 days next.

Our room was nice and the food was good however, it’s very expensive in Hawaii. Since the ship is registered in the US and in Hawaii you get hit with all kinds of surcharges and taxes. Also double check your bill for extra gratuity. They call them service charges. Always ask before adding a gratuity to a check you’re being given. If you are going on excursions that are a level one, make sure you check with the desk on how hilly the area is. The lavender farm was very steep hills, making it impossible for someone with a walker to go up and down. We were told there was a thermo spa on the ship like other and NCL ships. This is not true. They have an area with the stone lounges and that is all. The sauna and showers are in either the men’s room or the ladies room and there is no pool or hot tubs so we canceled our full week pass. We were given it back in the form of a credit for on the ship. This was not a problem for us as we were getting massages.

Flight arrangements made by NCL were not good. The ground transportation they provided was not good. We had to drag our suitcases about 3 blocks and wait for over a half hour for them to find a van. There was little communication between departments. They left my husband sitting in a wheelchair for over an hour waiting to be told where to go next. I had booked a spa appointment a month ahead of time only to be told by the spa that procedures booked on line do not come through to their system. I was instructed to go to guest services for a refund... who eventually told me to go back to the spa... who told me to go back to guest services. We then ordered lunch from room service which arrived at 4:30: a blt and a cheese plate which came with nothing to put the cheese on crackers or otherwise and no silverware. So I went out on our balcony to try to relax and got pressure washed. That was the first 24 hours. They do not have enough service employees and many of those there are in need of customer service training. Overall, the food was good.

The cruise was quite good. The only BIG issue were the dining rooms. Our reservations were lost or dinner took hours, or we couldn't even get reservations to the pay-for restaurants. We were given vouchers to the pay-for restaurants that we couldn't even use -- rendering them useless!

Too many issues that could have been avoided

One of the worst cruises I have experienced. When arrived there was a letter on the bed stating there would be no turn down service and sheets would only be changed once. Sheets on bed were worn and raveled. Entertainment was one comedian and an opera singer. No productions as on other ships with Norwegian. Ship was not as clean as other Norwegian as well. Rusted and not painted. Dirty on outside decks. Staff was not as friendly as well. Waited 45 minutes at lunch diner for piece of pie only to find out the waitress went on lunch and did not communicate to anyone. Just was not the standard as other Norwegian cruises. There were also no excursions. If you did not book them prior to embarkation you were out of luck. Two of islands ported at were also at the cargo port so had to have excursion. Could have taken a taxi to different areas but they were not very forthright with this information as to where to go. And there is also a taxi shortage on some of the islands. Definitely would not have taken this cruise and chosen a different line. Felt like my money was not used well.

This was an awesome trip with amazing stops. In my opinion, there is no better way to see the Islands. Regarding the ship, it was very nice, never seemed too crowded, had a nice variety of activities and staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough staff and dining in the main dining rooms took forever..... The ship is in good shape and the staterooms, while small, were clean and well organized. Plenty of storage space and the bathrooms are a decent size. But this cruise is all about the stops.... Oahu, Maui, The Big Island and Kauai. Plenty to see and lots of amazing places and natural beauty. You can do as little or as much as you want on this cruise and you aren't limited by the ship, the stops or the convenience.

It was everything I hoped for and more. I would recommend this cruise. ??

Ship was grossly understaffed so very long line-ups, waiting long times everywhere. Staff were overworked & obviously stressed especially in bars, food areas, & customer service. Entertainment was almost non existent. Disappointing.

This cruise was exceptional !!! Service, staff customer service food bed/room were great. Ship was always clean food was delicious and it was fully staffed.

Check in was straight forward and off to the ship we went. A luncheon buffet was available when we boarded the ship, but first we made our dining reservations for the week and that was easy to do at the customer service desk. The food at the buffets throughout the cruise were very good. I would say it would be an improvement if they would offer cups for coffee with lids you could walk with on a ship. With congestion in the buffet and ship movement the hot liquid would splash around and cool off significantly by the time you got to your seat. The sailing went very well. The stateroom was good, but there were three of us it would have been nice to have 3 chairs for the balcony. Activities on board were good. Loved the arcade as opposed to the old casino on many ships. Despite two playing areas only one set of Shuffle Board equipment was available. Ports were all good. Ship managed all in a timely manner. Specialty restaurants 3 were very good the rest were all average like the main dining rooms. The very good ones were the Brazilian, Steak and Hibatchi. Those are worth scheduling and paying extra for. The other ones I would pass on. The Italian was the worse. Poor location, looked like a room off the buffet which it was. Decor, nothing Italian about it. Service was an afterthought. But overall we all liked the food on the ship and the options, made available to us. The only two complaints we had was terrible internet service even thought I paid extra. Second, the lack of loose leaf tea options on the ship. Tea is a big growing industry in the US but all that was offered was Liipton. One of my travel companions is from England and he was appalled at the selection. Overall I would recommend the cruise especially if you have not been to Hawaii before. We all enjoyed the cruise and our looking forward to our next one.

From the minute of the embarkation process throughout the week and disembarkation fulfilled are dream. Staff was personable met all and surpassed our expectations . Food was tremendous. Activities were plentiful and fun. The week flew by.

The cruise is always spectacular with all the locations that it in compasses…the entertainer was terrible… and the food in the main diner… was mediocre at best….

Really proud

There’s NOT that much selection of entertainment for cruisers onboard. The steak that were served were tough and chewy. There were some entree that were salty. There are salt and pepper shakers on the table for diners to add them to the dishes at their liking (taste). On a good note talking to some housekeeping crew, they seems be be overworked and undermanned, but yet they did a decent job on their assigned task.

Really nice

Well I was disappointed. The food isn’t that great. The meat for the steak is tough. The waiter did not recommend to order the steak because so many complaints were received from the passengers. This is my first cruise with NCL. This ship is sailing every week and I believe that the price I paid for the cruise is not worth it. The food for the hawaiian night is not good. One night I was able to meet the food manager and gave him my comments. I feel sorry for the waiter/waitress for all the comments they received from the customers. They tried their best to please the customers by telling them to order another dish if they didn’t like the food that they order. The entertainment is not good. The comedian picks on the audience to make people laugh and has no materials at all(BORING). I do not recommend this ship at all.

The travel agency did not meet the standard service. The cruise is not worth what we paid for. No nightly show, not cleaning the cabin and food not good

Half capacity was great but then not all restaurants were open. Crew was wonderful.
