Overall, the cruise was great. The staff was amazing. The shows and activities were lacking in variety and quality. The food in the dining room was mediocre in taste and diversity.

We enjoy tour cruise. Wait staff, room steward, and food was excellent. We made friends with interesting travelers at our dining table. A big thanks to Tina for her helpful travel assistance.

I’m a first time cruiser. We had a blast. Pacific Ocean was a bit rough just a couple times. I’m already planning my next princess cruise ?

A very pleasant and joyful trip. Food is great. Services at the dining room are especially excellent.

I was told that WIFI for one phone was included in my package but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

We had a wonderful time aboard the Crown Princess. Everyone on board were so nice and friendly very accommodating. Food was great!!

It was the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen. How lucky are we to have this in our United States.

We waited in line for everything, every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet was a zoo because of it. Getting on and off the ship. This part was horrible however all of the employees were trying their best to make up for it. The entertainment was great and food was relatively good. But felt like we were cattle through the whole trip. Probably will not take Princess again.

The new dining options are a total fail. Reservations or no reservations you still stood in line. One dining room the line backed up 2 flights of stairs. Heard a hopeful rumor they may go back to the old system which was much better.

Crown Princess Cruise Line- The ship is old and tired looking. While the crew is working hard to keep the maintenance up on the ship, the ship is old and used There were several items in need of repair. Sauna Door, cabin TV, cabin night lights, coffee machine…. The entertainment was below average. The entertainment is something that all guests enjoy. The ship line should spend not skimp on the entertainment. On a positive note the staff are amazing!! They go beyond the call. I sure hope they get paid well!

Everything was coming along wonderfully and 10 days into the cruise, my wife became sick for the remainder of the 6 days with THE FLU. Unfortunately, she was isolated in her cabin, and we arrived home, and she was still sick with THE FLU, so if she hadn't become ill, it was a perfect 16-day cruise. The cabin was perfect, the activities were lovely, the ship's staff were very helpful, and life was beautiful; until she became ill. Our excursions were lovely, and we had bad luck with her getting The Flu. This will not deter us from going on more cruises in the future.

We had a wonderful experience and were incredibly spoiled. The staff of the Crown Princess work so hard to ensure the guest have a great holiday!

The restaurants are too noisy

Everything that your company did was great. Certainly, will keep your email contact information for any future travels. It was a little disappointing that Princess got a late start out of Vancouver and had to bypass Sitka Alaska to make up travel time, but they gave us each a credit for the problem - which we applied to extend our train ride into the Yukon to 67 miles. We will see how 2024 goes with the elections and or if they push another COVID event as to additional travel plans. Looking at the Med (Rome / Greece / etc.) as a possibility depending on the $ and timing.
