Fabulous trip. Every single detail was perfect.

Silvermoon was a better experience than SilverMuse. Suites are OK,, Concierge service also. Restaurant options were not comparabale to SilverMoon. Otherwise everything else excellent, When we booked this trip we had a limited selection of included Shore excursions as they were sold out.In general very well organized excursions and very professional tour guides.

Amenities and service were unbelievable. Plenty of great food and drink. Down time was a little long but overall it was great.

The most amazing experience ever we added a five day extension pre-cruise to Denali. Everything was perfect. A little better entertainment could be had on the muse, but it far exceeded our expectations.

Every thing went as planned, the food was superb! We were very pleased with the whole deal! The butler Pablo did a superb job!

Food & dining were completely disappointing - la terrazza was chaotic, bathroom step & configuration were hard to manage. Room chairs were pretty but not comfortable. Butler and attendant were fantastic. Excursions were good.

The Muse was larger than other Silverseas ships that I have sailed. Dinner seating was assigned/guided by the dining staff. As a solo traveler, I missed out on casual conversation with others during dinner. On past cruises, I introduced myself at tables with an empty chair and was always invited to join the others at the table…those casual meetings over dinner enabled me to make acquaintances that made other trips more enjoyable. I went to the informal, no host, solo traveler gatherings at 5 pm in the lounge… I did not find such a group. It was a lonelier trip than past cruises.

The cruise was the right length and included the stops we wanted to make. It would’ve been better if it started in Tokyo is, that is an easier airport to reach. Breakfast offerings were great to start the cruise, but the Buffet had fewer and fewer offerings towards the end. compared to Seabourn the food was superior, but the entertainment was markedly less so, except for the 2 soloist acts.

Silversea staterooms are wonderful, lots of space. Butler service little more than a room attendant, next time I need to ask what services the butler offers. Quality of food ingredients, selection a quality of food preparation way below my expectations. Good was rarely served hot in spite of my requests and complaints, on one occasion my steak was returned on a warmer plate, same steak and over cooked vegetables and even colder steak fries. My experience in Kaiser’s was hardly entertaining, the chef simply flipped items on the grill mush the same as on the pool deck. Pizzas were outstanding, very hot and fresh. I’m a food industry professional, had great expectations of Silversea, sadly they fell very short.

Ww will definitely cruise with SilverSeas again.

The Silver Muse is a beautiful vessel with delicious food, posh service and well designed amenities. This is our 15th Silversea cruise and the line is better than ever.

The Silver Seas Cruise and the 4 day add on to Denali was one of our best travel experiences. The new “Muse” ship was spacious, attractive and designed to meet our every need. The food and beverage service was exceptional and staff were always available. Everything was well done from pre trip to disembarkation with convenient transportation to the airport. Even the weather cooperated with sunny days throughout the trip.

Over the top customer service, food, ship, excursions! I would book Silversea again in a heartbeat! Big thumbs up!

The Muse ship is awesome! We loved the trip and all the excursions.

Service levels fell a little short of those described in their travel manual and cost in upper range

Service was average like on other boats ,suite was nice and good size.Had to wait each morning breakfast for cappuccino 15 minutes or more La terrazza .assortment fruitbasket was poor in suite.Cover charge for quality food for Kaiseki much to high.Silver note was nice en good music.

The staff and crew made you feel very pampered. Your wish was their command. The biggest dis appointment was the shore excursions and lack of entertainment. They needed a comedian. The rooms were awesome.

Had a fabulous time, The only thing I would change are the restaurants on this ship, before on their other ships we had more options with changing menu . Same menu every night
