It’s much better than my expectations when I really boarding the cruise. I would take it again ! Great service .

So glad we did this cruise. Just beautiful snow topped mountains and glaciers. Had a fun time on our raft excursion and saw a few whales on another excursion! Feel all cruisers should do this one at least once.

We had a great time in our cruise. A very pleasant experience with no issues. Bought our tickets, downloaded the Celebrity app and spent 7 amazing days sailing to and from Alaska. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Did not make the cruise because of airline delays. Took 3 attempts to get through celebrity; first 2 times I was on hold for 30 minutes so had to hang up. 3rd attempt I was on hold for 50 minutes before I got through. I was only told to contact the insurance company. No empathy. I don’t know if or when Celebrity eclipse realized I was not on the ship.I would periodically receive texts regarding safety check,etc. Celebrity website difficult to navigate.

We enjoyed ourselves so much!

Comparing our previous two trips this ship, we were left with mixed feelings. We found the service levels a bit more inconsistent. The same held true with the dining. It seemed as though the main entree’s were a little less in overall quality. The entertainment was top notch. The bar staff in the Sky Lounge were amazing, they were efficient and friendly. The shore excursions seemed to have dramatically increased in price! Overall, we enjoyed the entire cruise. We always recommend Celebrity.

Good size ship nicely appointed. Easy to navigate around to get places. The shows were some of the best we have seen in over 20+ cruises. Be sure to catch “Topper “ on any of the other Celebrity ships as it is beautifully choreographed and performed. We had a very strong cast of 6 very talented singers in addition to the wonderful dancers. Lots of activities as we traveled across the Pacific. We only dined in the MDR and the food was adequate not as special as it has been in the past. Cafe al Bacio was excellent and we spent much of our time here.

Very little felt like a Celebrity Cruise. Staff were awesome, waiters incredible and our cabin steward was terrific. The problem was that the food seemed a notch down, chocolate did not taste like chocolate, bread pudding was great. Music only in central area, the all glass viewing area at front was used for games and not relaxing music and good company. One person would throw a towel on a pool lounger and friends would show up hours later. This made it difficult to enjoy the pool and when reported, they passed it off to housekeeping. Celebrity should be downgraded from a luxury line.

Everything was great except for the 2.5 hr wait in line to get on the ship. Not sure why this happened but was a definitely a let down . I’d probably go to Florida for my next Cruise 6 straight days at sea was a bit of overwhelming entrapment.

5 Day Cruise at sea was fantastic. Staff were great. Ship was ship shape. Lots to do every day. After we arrived in Hawaii we cruised the islands for another 6 days.
