We were sadly disappointed in our cabin, #1640 . This was an Aqua level cabin, and it was a little long in the tooth, our sheer curtains literally had large rips in them, our bed was concave on the side closes to the interior. Of course we didn’t realize these issues until later. The biggest issue was on our balcony. We went out on the balcony when we set sail and heard the noise but thought it was part of the ship pushing off. Later we realized the loud fan/rushing water sound was coming from the very large vent over our exterior door on our balcony, this noise was 24-7. The room next to us,

Beautiful itinerary. Hard working crew. Some areas under staffed. Some attention to details suffered as a result of under staffing. Menu has been reduced since Covid in Blu. Overall, happy to return to cruising

The Hubbard Glacier was just amazing and our ship got so close.

My husband and I did the 11 day Alaska cruise on the Eclipse September 11th and it was wonderful. Cabin, food, crew, excursions and weather were wonderful! The Canada Place port in Vancouver needs to get more organized. That was the worst embarkation experience we have ever had. All cruise ships were thrown together for embarkation til after the luggage drop off in a parking deck with no staff to guide you along the way.

Cruise ok experience in Tuscan Grille poor restaurant very dirty, debris all over carpet, window sills filthy, Vancouver checkin a total disaster many lines took 2 hr waiting to checkin horrible experience

Days sailing and unable to get of ship was too long. Activities on ship too crowded and/or too costly.

This was a great cruise enhanced by the Naturalist they had on board. Food was yummy, service in dining room was great!

First time cruiser and this is not for me. Spent the first 45 hours a sea. First port was on Tuesday afternoon. Being trapped on the ship for all that time with nothing but fog to look at was not fun. I need to b able to get off the ship everyday. Food was great. Over 24 hours to get back to Vancouver, way too much time on the ship.

Terrific Service

Our Captain was highly skilled bringing us smoothly into the Ports and got us so close to the Hubbard Glacier that even the Crew were amazed how close we were! The Crew were very friendly always smiling with any assistance and our room attendant Diandra cleaned our room twice per day! The food was delicious with a lot of variety in restaurants, a great buffet with grill cooks and a poolside BBQ with hotdogs and hamburgers! The onboard Entertainment and Shows made me believe I was on Broadway or the Vegas Strip! I thought the Ports of Call were going to be the highlight but it was the Cruise ex

What a great helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable crew. Concierge Niale was fabulous. Food was tasted as good as it looked, and the martini bar was a blast.

Service on Celebrity Eclipse was outstanding. First experience of Aqua class. Loved Blu restaurant, & Persian Garden.

Alaska was gorgeous. There were definitely some challenges being on first cruise for some time with barnacles, extreme delays, shortened port times and lots of crew members with COVID. But overall a great trip!

Mostly good, but they had some rap music and loud silly contests to win a prize. I prefer HAL, but not enough to avoid Celebrity if the itinerary is one I want.
