We had the most amazing time on Crystal Serenity. Food and service was even better than before. Ship is absolutely stunning. We can’t wait until we can sail Crystal again.

My family and I enjoyed a 17 night cruise from Athens to Dubai, via Egypt and Oman. As a returning guest at Crystal Cruises, our expectations were met and in some cases, exceeded. Service was outstanding, really fantastic from the restaurant staff to the housekeeping and front desk staff in fact, even better than we remembered. Shore excursions were very well planned. We really enjoyed the special access to the paws of the Sphinx and to some special tombs and the lunch locations were lovely. The rooms and most common areas have been renovated and look good. Food on board was also excellent. Cindy Jabbour Locke, our Avoya agent was extremely responsive and very helpful in planning our cruise and ensuring we had all the information we needed.

Shore excursions were not as good as expected…had to dock in napleles instead of Sorrento and they charged for a bus to take us to Sorrento. Embarkment could have been smoother…had to sit on a bus and wait.

We loved every aspect of our world cruise until it was shortened by a month due to the Coronavirus outbreak. We were so disappointed due to the fact that everyone was healthy and we felt like we were in safest place in the world! Crystal was wonderful throughout process of itinerary changes, etc.

Fantastic cruise in most aspects, Great staff, great shops, great food and great entertainment. The problem is that they allow cruising customers, some over 90 years of age to purchade without a medical clearance. These cruises in many cases travel to remote locations. And if a cruiser has major medical issue (which our Polynesian island cruise had (5) in 13 days), planned and paid for stops are eliminated because the cruise is rerouted. And the cystal cuiseline corp will not compensate their remaining 1000 customers in anyway for their loss. So essentially, the paying cutomer/cruiser assumes all risks for Crystals M.O. of chasing profits at all costs. Although. the bulk of their customers paid in advance for a "fixed" location itinerary. This is obviously not fair at all. A policy that must be changed. The cystal Corp must compensate the bulk of the customers in some way if they fail to sensibly require medical clearances for cruiser over a certain age that makes sense. Rather than make simply chase all profits at their remaining customers dismay.

Great ship, great crew, amazing food and great enrichment.

Our cruise on the Crystal Symphony did not disappoint. From welcoming check-in and delicious sit-down lunch to roomy and well-appointed stateroom the adventure was just beginning. Every associate onboard and every venue was nicer than the last and the restaurants and lounges offered delicious food and drink. Entertainment on the ship was varied and always good, at times wonderful. The days preceding our transit of the Panama Canal included interesting and educational lectures and the crossing itself was everything we hoped for. We’ve cruised many of the finest lines and feel we’ve found our favorite. Thanks, Judith Strauss, for helping us decide on this cruise and for making all of the arrangements. We loved every aspect of the ship, the cruise and the staff and look forward to our next adventure on a Crystal Cruise.

Exceeded my expectations.

Great cruise. Service was top-notch. We enjoyed the extra time in Barcelona. Food was quite good. Needs a wider range of musical entertainment. Excursions were mostly overpriced, but some were very well-designed.
