Nice clean ship. Services on all areas outstanding! Nickel and dime you with charges every where for so many things. Outdoor pool was fantastic! Did not expect to swim in Alaska.

We were on floor 8 right under the Lido deck. We heard furniture moving every morning early and every night til very late. So annoying.

The cruise was not Transatlantic Repositioning. It was Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, and Key West FL. The ship was nice. Food was good in the dining room but not at the level as Celebrity Cruise Line. The drink package was annoying as you had to sign a receipt even if the drink was within the limits of your package. The entertainment in the theater at night was low budget and the worst I have seen on a cruise ship in a long time. We had a balcony room on the back of the ship. We did not like it only because there was not enough air movement. Due to the low budget entertainment and drink package issues, it is unlikely we will cruise on Holland America again unless they have an itinerary that other cruise lines don’t provide.

This trip was our first ever cruise. It was beyond our expectations! From the friendly and hard working staff throughout the ship, great entertainment, excellent food and the ports along the way were beautiful and lively.We always had so much cool stuff to see and do. There was never a dull moment. We just had an absolutely awesome time. Would highly recommend this trip?.

Loved everything about this cruise. Only my second cruise and so far my favourite. Ship was lovely and service top notch.

Travel to and from was a nightmare but the Cruise was great! We met lots of people and dined with a lovely couple from Honolulu Hawaii.

From the beginning planning stages to the flight home after disembarkation from the HAL Eurodam, this trip went so smoothly, and was one of the best trips of our lives! Alaska is unique, and seeing the glaciers and the coastal mountains and quaint towns from a cruise ship is the absolute best! Our Avoya agent, Erik was fantastic to work with. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us as we took our time deciding on a cruise line, and ship. Once booked, all went well, and Erik answered any questions we had, giving us great advice. Holland America was awesome and is my new favorite cruise line. I highly recommend Avoya, and Holland America if you are planning an Alaska cruise, and I definitely recommend Alaska as a wonderful and unique cruise destination. It's absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! Be sure you eat salmon and king crab legs while you are there. You won't get it any fresher than in Alaska! From the food to the scenery to the fantastic service from the cruise line staff, and of course the planning phase with Avoya, it couldn't have been better!

Great cruise. I would consider starting or ending cruise in Alaska as you spend quite a few days at sea and N. Pacific can get rocky. Better use of your time to spend a little extra and don't make it a round trip cruise. Juneau and Ketchikan are basically cruise run towns where most of the shops are owned by the cruise companies. Sitka was a great town...we walked to the raptor center and then through Totem park. Absolutely amazing...so many eagles in this town. Eurodam is a such a beautiful cruise ship and would sail on her again.

So grateful that we were able to have a do over cruise to the eastern and western Caribbean this spring. Such wonderful ports of call such as Belize and Falmouth Jamaica as well as the Cayman Islands. St.Lucia will still be my favourite port of call

The trip was nice, we had a good time. Sorry the time in Aruba was so brief, however. Would have liked being there a few more hours. There was time to take an excursion, or shop, not both. It's my favorite shopping port ... so ... no excursion. And ... was REALLY, REALLY looking forward to swimming in the pools onboard, but none had STAIRS or WALK IN. I have serious back problems, & can get IN a pool like this, but getting out might be a real problem. BIG disappointment with the pools. HUGE. Finally ... Eurodam is a lovely ship, but is looking pretty tired.

My first trip to the southern Caribbean islands. I really liked the ABC islands. Half Moon Cay is a wonderful place for a beach day but it has facilities and the food is provided by the ship. (Had been there many years ago, Holland America has made it a great destination but haven’t spoiled the beaches and much of the island is a nature preserve). The Eurodam is a nice ship, small enough that you are not falling over people but has nice facilities. Crow’s Nest is a wonderful place to spend a sea day, comfortable chairs, coffee bar, and a great view. The cruise had a good mix of island visits and sea days. Stop in Bonaire could have been longer. Crew was great - friendly and efficient.

We had a wonderful time aboard HA, cruising to Alaska from Settle. Glacier Bay and Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau were absolutely breathtaking! For that experience alone, the cruise was amazing. The food was excellent along with the service. The band at BB KIngs was the best I have seen on any cruise ship. The rooms were spacious with plenty of room to store clothes. My only disappointment were the lack of shows and the lack of free entertainment during the day. Also wished we didn't have to sign for every drink we got even though we had the drink package. Also had to dispute some charges for drinks that we were charged for(customer service handled it well). I would highly recommend this cruise!!!

Had a great time, met lots of really nice people and staff members were a pleasure. Alaska was breathtaking in so many areas. Had beautiful weather. Food was great with lots of choices. Fun trip and the captain was awesome to go into stress so close to get awesome views!!!!

In the last year, I lost four close relatives, including both my parents. I was drained physically, emotionally and a little bit spiritually. Everything about this cruise was easy. Getting on and off was easy from start to finish. The food was delicious and the servers were very friendly. I am an artist and my husband is Not. We attended all the art classes on board and my husband has now found a new hobby he is willing to do with me. We also took every tai chi class and have continued the practice since we got home. Although I wasn’t up to trying pickle ball we watched all the instructional videos while in our room, and look forward to trying it soon. We really enjoyed all the shows including the comedian, singing, dancing and educational ones. All of the hiking, biking and whale watching we did also helped to heal me. Thank you Holland America.
