The itinerary was superb. While accommodations and location were ideal some of the ships amenities and entertainment were not. The buffet was small and congested, the pizza activity was only open 11 to 2:30, breakfast in the restaurant closed at 9 AM, the sports bar didn't open for food until 9:30 PM and the comedian was not funny. The drink package had some excellent choices and the speciality restaurants were very good.

Wished it was better but unfortunately it was Mother Nature changed the course. Really wanted to go salmon fishing in Ketchecan..

average. Not as good as my previous cruises with other cruise liners

Itinerary was excellent, good service and overall amazing trip. Only small negative was upgrades needed on older ship in cabin. Shower had some discoloring in wall panels, throw pillow looked really dirty, room was incredibly humid when you increased the air conditioning. We knew going in older ship, so really did not bother us in the least.

This cruise was completely different than our usual cruises as it was to Canada and it surely did not disappoint. The scenery, the ports, the fellow passengers, the ship, the crew were all wonderful.

I will not travel with Norwegian cruise lines again. The ship and facilities were disappointing.

My trip to Alaska was fantastic. It was my 70th Birthday celebration and it was amazing. Susan with Avoya did an excellent job with making sure everything was in place to ensure I enjoyed my cruise.

Pleasantly surprised how quiet our first "jumbo" cruise ship was especially since out last one was only 200 people. Had air issues with American Airlines, but our great travel agent helped us through that at 11 pm at night! Not a 5 start though due to at best average food. The Itinery though was fantastic once we got away from London

I very much enjoyed the cruise. I cannot think of any better way to experience the inside passage to Alaska than by a cruise ship. The scenery is spectacular, and the weather cooperated fully so it was blue sky all the way!! Could not ask for more. Norwegian Joy's crew was excellent, helpful and attentive.

I have been on three cruises in the past four years. Loved RCL as food was wonderful and exciting each day! Their service was over the top. Two Norwegian most recent cruises and they were sub par to RCL in both the food quality and service. My most recent cruise with Norwegian was even more sub par than the previous Norwegian cruise. The food was tasteless and boring, did not change much from day to day. One server in the dining room was blatantly rude, never smiled and ignored our presence. I’m an easy person to please and this being my friends second NCL in twenty years, she also felt it was significantly different from the quality she experienced in past years. I was really disappointed in the itinerary. I anticipated adventure and ports with more charm. When there were options for tours I chose to book through local tour guides. Even with a tour credit for NCL tours, the fees were outrageous! Our state room was well appointed and comfortable as well as our room steward top notch! Entertainment was comparable to other cruises which was a positive point! We could never understand the captain when he made any announcements. Audio was difficult to absorb and understand. My last last cruise with NCL. Better cruise lines out there for the same if not better cost.

Simple and a pleasure working with Avoya travel agent Deb Gronski . Problem was hurricane related and inability to cancel or reschedule for another time.

Overall this was a nice trip although with also have had taken a cruise on Royal Caribbean, I liked some of the amenities that Royal had over NCL like my fresh squeezed orange and my sparkling water were included in my beverage package. My late night snacks that I got after shows, or late night entertainment. I missed that. The Taste of India food was delicious. I have to admit that I didn’t think I would like thus type of food (I always thought it was spicy) but I found myself stopping by this section every time I went to the Garden Cafe. Visiting the ports were adventurous. Whale watching was great. I did want to go to Victoria but not enough time was allowed to really do anything.

The ship was the disappointment. Our room needed updated carpet, furniture, mattress had no mattress cover and very uncomfortable. We paid for an upgrade and they put us in a handicap room. We take a shower it would flood the bathroom floor. Our room steward was rude to us. Speciality dining room served me a burnt filet. The two specialty shows had to make reservations we tried but they stated full . We stood in line see if we could get in and we did, but when we went in on a quarter was filled. Everything cost extra. Don't go on the Epic to big and two many people. On our floor people slammed doors all nite and kids running up and down the hallway . We will NEVER go on this ship again. The countries we visited were amazing
