We had a wonderful time on our Ireland Cruise. Everything we were promised was fulfilled!

Amazing

Food was was not amazing.

We had 1 excursion cancelled, our most awaited place to see...Istanbul. We ended up doing bus on but off which isn't bad. Just ran out of time because we decided to do it kinda late. Our excursion in Mykonos was too dull. Too me , Mykonos is over rated. Nothing to see really. If I were to go next time, I won't include Mykonos in my excursion list. Would like to see more of Kusadasi, Turkey. Also Slovania and Santorini, Greece and of course Istanbul

Basically a good cruise. Clean ship, friendly personnel. Did mot like the “service charges “ in lieu of tips. Should be part of overall price. Toilet room in stateroom way too small

Definitely one of our most memorable trips. We were exhausted but still looked forward to the next day. People are very friendly and the sights we went to exceeded our expectations. A little disappointed with the cruise ship food (too salty, lacked variety and not flavorful). But we chose ncl because of the itinerary.

They did a very poor job of managing the passangers. For our in transit day they had no tours and we spent two hours in the stairwell packed in with other passengers, some with luggage some in transit like us. Meanwhile the elevators were allowed down and directly out the ramp exits in front of us. In Capetown the crowds who were not supposedly allowed on the cargo pier piled up regardless at the gate trying to get out and catch cabs. There was absolutely no reservations for dining unless you paid for a specialty restaurant. Otherwise we had to stand in line. The paasengers were filling their own containers for hot tea water. The buffet menu varied very little. The stewards went from 16 room twice a day to 22 rooms once a day. It took a long time for them to make rounds. The wifi was pitiful. In peak hours I could not get access to gmail. The short notice for a new visa requirement we could not meet, left us on board for two ports.

Poor food quality and even worse service in the main dining rooms. Same food offerings day after day in buffet (no theme days). Only once a day cabin service - Steward has 20 cabins to clean but gratuities have increased to $40per day. Destinations are deceiving - Edinburgh was first stop but you are 45 min by bus away from it. Same with most other destination ports. Shore excursions are each running twice (once in AM and then again in PM on same bus) so you feel rushed. Definitely not the way to see the British Isles.

First, let me start by saying my travel agent Lucy K. was wonderful. She did everything possible to make sure our trip went smoothly. However, the cruise line booked our flights and they were awful! We are seniors and were traveling with family. They were booked on different flights which made it very stressful for my husband and me. There were other mishaps that made this trip less than enjoyable. The food on NCL was no where near as good as others cruises on Celebrity. We will never use NCL again.

A wonderful cruise! One missed port due to severe weather, but that is the chance you take! We were safe and happy! Very good food, spaces were lovely and inviting, always found space in the jacuzzi’s and our port pole cabin was cozy and very comfortable! Loved it!

Frankly, the cruise fell short of our expectations. No recognition of our latitudes status. No introduction of senior officers of the ship. Ineffective cruise director. Indifferent dinning service. On one occasion, I left my table when after 15 minutes I had not even been offered a glass of water or my presence acknowledged. Although the dinning room manager tried to atone, I left feeling that I was just an inconvenience. My wife became ill on the second to last day. We were told to remain in our cabin at departure and that some-one would assist us. No-one came. We finally received a telephone call to announce the final request for departure from the ship. My wife pushed her walker and we finally stumbled off the ship only to find no clear directions in the terminal building or anyone to ask. No more sailings on Norwegian for us, regardless of the itinerary .

Love the ports of call. Friendly people in many small town communities. Weather was good for the most part. One port of call cancelled due to weather- ship give each passenger a $50 on board credit and sailed away resulting in a nice sunny day to spend outdoors. I am a regular NCL- service is great, but do see changes such as theater not always used for shows- causing overcrowding in lounge area to see. Limited choice of non-alcohol beverages for partners in room who must buy alcohol package but don’t drink. Would highly recommend this itinerary.

The crew was excellent and the sites were unbelievable.

NCL needs to communicate with their guests. The ship should move their Cigar lounge to either the front or the aft of the ship and not in the middle. This is the second NCL cruise I have taken in the past 9 months and they do not tell the guests what is happening on a timely basis.

you could search high and low fo negatives, but you'll not succeed. The greatest asset of this linee is dedicated sstaff. a sea of smiling gfaces and kind treatment.

Another great cruise on NCL. They have put together new menus that offered great selections that trasted wonderful. Even during a 2 week cruise they had different evening menus each day. They also created some new options on their breakfast menu.
