Itinerary was excellent, good service and overall amazing trip. Only small negative was upgrades needed on older ship in cabin. Shower had some discoloring in wall panels, throw pillow looked really dirty, room was incredibly humid when you increased the air conditioning. We knew going in older ship, so really did not bother us in the least.

We had a wonderful time. We have another cruise already booked with Norwegian.

A middle class man lived like a king for 10 days.First time alone on a cruise and thought I would feel uncomfortable,but not at all.Sitting at the pub above the atrium listening to such fine music with my favorite drink and a good book and people watching before going for supper was the best time of the day.I was surprised that the main dining room was every bit as good as the specialty restaurants. Thanks,I will do it again someday.

Shire excursions why not very clear to take full advantage of … this was very disappointing

I’ve been a long time cruise enthusiast and I was disappointed with the NCL experience this time. The baked items were always dry and/or stale. The communication regarding excursions was confusing which resulted in my boyfriend and me missing an excursion we thought was canceled. The help desk was closed when we tried to get clarification and refused to refund our money when we pointed out their mistake. I’ll think twice before booking with NCL in the future.

Loved that there were no sea days. Cruise staff was excellent. The food was a bit salty. Did not like being asked to pay for some menu items in the complimentary restaurants. The Spa prices were unreasonably high.

Entertainment was poor. Issue with wifi. Lots of complaints with minutes being used up when off of wifi. If you used your minutes up they will try and sell you a plan double the cost . Ripp off. No recognition for first responders and veterans if you are from Canada unlike other cruise lines such as Princess, Carnival, HollandAmerica and Celebrity. Excursion prices more expensive than other cruise lines.

It was our first cruise and it will not be our last. Had a great time

Bermuda was great, we loved the island and the god on the ship was pretty good. The entertainment on the ship itself was very boring. There was not a lot going on on this ship for activities or entertainment. I’ve been on a bunch of cruises and this ship is by far the most boring one I’ve ever been on. There was 35 of us going and all of us who have cruised before felt the same way

Bermuda was beautiful, as well as Bar Harbor Maine. I was not impressed with the Norwegian Cruise Line. The room was very, very small, as well as the bathroom.

Perfect trip

All excursions were great. Ship was great. Food and staff were great. Shows were scarce and not high quality. Not even mediocre. We greats that comment from several guests. But overall great trip

Definitely an engineering wonder. Overwhelmingly spectacular.

The food on the Pearl started out good and ended bad. When I have to resort to the Buffet for my meals somethinf is wrong.

Our stateroom was all we hoped it would be. We were blessed to have signed up on board for "The Spirit of the Fiddler" Sydney shore excursion - what a hidden gem! Should be recommended to everyone. Wish we had more specialty dining opportunities and onboard credits. The Rented Scooter, our rollator (fancy walker with wheels), and NCL crew's attention to special needs was excellent, and all dock landing ports were full access, with NCL staff assistance, and able to be enjoyed by all. However, for the one port with tender access our special needs person was not able to go ashore as getting on and off the tender we were advised by NCL staff was determined to be too dangerous. It would have been best to have known more about the tender access issues and which port it was ahead of time. Beds/mattresses made for difficult sleeping - awakened with backaches every morning. They could use replacing.
